As a member-driven organization, the Chamber works on behalf of businesses to create valuable programs and events that help to grow their networks, advocate for favorable, business-friendly public policy, work with our partners to assist with economic development efforts that create more opportunities and jobs, and support individual members on a variety of issues.
The Chamber is a center for business, industry, and commerce and is leading the region through creative and unique partnerships. Our commitment is to advocate for favorable policies and legislation on important issues affecting the region’s businesses.

The Chamber’s Workforce and Education Partnership leverages the region’s colleges and universities to retain talent locally and to incubate new companies. Students can find a range of activities to start their career off on the right foot including a summer seminar series, engagement with experts from the region’s higher education faculty, tailored internship programs, and cultural activities, and networking opportunities.
